This Privacy & Data Protection Policy sets out the basis upon which Morning Star Business Consultants LLP may collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your Personal Information (as defined below) in compliance with the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Rules, 2025, marking the full operationalisation of the DPDP Act, 2023 India.
